Palkova Recipe in Tamil | How to make Palkova in Tamil | 2 Ingredients Milk and Sugar
In this video we will see how to make palkova recipe in tamil. Palkova is a easy to make milk sweet recipe which is made with two ingredients, milk and sugar. The 3rd ingredient is patience, we need to stir the milk and slowly simmer it for about 1 hour to make the palkova. Use a heavy bottom pan to have even heat distribution. Also when simmering the milk, make sure that the temperature is not too high, if so the milk will get burnt and the palkova will taste bitter. Make sure to scrap the pan well and stand by the pan the entire time. Since we are not adding any flour to our palkova it will taste absolutely amazing. When adding sugar, add a little at a time and taste it and bring it to your desired level of sweetness.
